The property comprises two houses and 1000 m² land
directly behind the house.
Labastide Rouairoux is lovely village set in Parc Régional
du Languedoc surrounded by beautiful countryside. Shops, doctors,
post office etc. are to be found in the village. The house is the
last on the way out of the village and 100 yards beyond, you are in
open country with stunning views all around.
One house needs restoring, but the other is in good
condition. Through the front door of the renovated house, which opens
out onto a sunny terrace, is a kitchen / dining room with a high open
fireplace. At the back of this room there is a bedroom and toilet.
Upstairs there is a large bathroom and one bedroom. This house also
has two roomy cellars (one with a fireplace).
The other house has one large room downstairs. Upstairs
there is a small bathroom and a bedroom. Above there is a large attic
which has been used as a bedroom.
Next door there is a huge T-shaped garage big enough
for several cars. There is a mezzanine above the ground floor and
also a laundry room and central heating boilers are also installed
here. There is no electricity however in this house.
